Four steps to get running

Run the file you downloaded

Double-click the .exe in your Downloads folder. The installer does not ask for administrator rights.

Get past the SmartScreen warning

If the blue “Windows protected your PC” panel appears, click More info, then Run anyway. The reason is explained below.

Open the app, enter your email, then the code sent to your inbox. It is the same account you use on this website.

Start making videos

New accounts come with trial credits for AI narration, so you can try it before paying.

Why does Windows warn me?

The installer is not code-signed yet, so SmartScreen does not recognise the publisher and warns you — this is its default reaction to any new software it has not seen before. The warning is about publisher identity, not about what is inside the file.

To check for yourself, compare the SHA-512 hash of the file you downloaded with the sha512 line at updates.nicecodeteam.top/latest.yml. The app verifies that same hash every time it updates itself.

Worth knowing

Updates itself

Install once. The app checks for new versions on startup, downloads only what changed in the background, and installs it when you close the app — you never need to come back to this page.

A NiceCode account is required

Every feature needs you signed in, because AI narration runs on our servers and the server is the one that counts your credits. Sign up with an email, no password needed.
