Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: 9/10/2026

This page sets out what you may and may not do with NiceCode products. It supplements the Terms of Service; where the two conflict, the Terms of Service prevail.

1. Scope2. Accounts and devices3. Limits and fair use4. Prohibited content5. Google and third-party terms6. No technical interference7. How violations are handled8. Reporting abuse and appeals

1. Scope

This policy covers every NiceCode product: the Automation Labs — Auto Flow extension, the Scene Studio app, and the nicecodeteam.top website. It applies to free accounts and Pro accounts alike.

You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, including actions taken by someone else on your device.

2. Accounts and devices

One person, one account. An account is tied to a single email address and is signed in with a one-time code sent to that address.

The following are not allowed:

  • Sharing an account, reselling access, or letting several people use one account.
  • Creating multiple accounts to get around the free plan's limits.
  • Signing up with a disposable email address or someone else's address.

3. Limits and fair use

The free plan has a daily job limit; Pro removes it. Limits are counted per account, not per device.

Pro is meant for one real person. NiceCode may get in touch or apply rate limits when an account produces unusual traffic — for example running around the clock at a scale far beyond what one person could use, or repackaging the service to sell on to third parties.

Text-to-speech credits are deducted by the number of characters actually sent. Credit balances cannot be converted to cash and cannot be transferred.

4. Prohibited content

You may not use NiceCode products to create, process or distribute:

  • Content that breaks Vietnamese law or the law where you live.
  • Sexual content involving children, or any content that exploits children.
  • Content that incites hatred, violence or discrimination.
  • The image, voice or likeness of a real person without their consent, including AI-generated impersonations.
  • Content impersonating an individual, an organisation or a government body.
  • False information intended to defraud, manipulate public opinion or harm others.
  • Content that infringes a third party's copyright, trademark or other intellectual property.

5. Google and third-party terms

The extension drives the Google Flow interface using your own Google account. Complying with Google's terms of service and content policies is your responsibility. NiceCode does not represent Google and has no influence over Google's decisions about your account.

If Google limits or suspends your account because of how you used it, that is between you and Google. NiceCode cannot intervene, and it is not grounds for a refund.

6. No technical interference

You may not do any of the following to NiceCode products or infrastructure:

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile or otherwise try to reconstruct the source of the commercial edition.
  • Bypass or forge entitlement checks, licence signatures or usage limits.
  • Scan, run denial-of-service attacks against, or send abnormal traffic to the servers.
  • Scrape the website or the API beyond ordinary use of the product.
  • Redistribute modified builds of the software under the NiceCode name.

7. How violations are handled

Depending on severity, NiceCode may warn you, apply rate limits, revoke devices, suspend the account or terminate it.

For minor violations NiceCode emails the registered address before suspending, and you get a chance to put things right. For serious violations — in particular content involving children, or attacks on the infrastructure — the account is suspended immediately and without notice.

An account terminated for a violation is not refunded for the remaining period or leftover credits. See the Refund Policy.

8. Reporting abuse and appeals

If you find someone using a NiceCode product in breach of this policy, email nicecode2025@gmail.com with a description and any evidence you have.

If you believe your account was handled wrongly, reply to the notification email or write to nicecode2025@gmail.com from your registered address. NiceCode will review and respond within 30 days.
