Refund Policy

Last updated: 9/10/2026

NiceCode products are digital software that activates the moment payment clears. The default policy is therefore no refunds. Instead of returning money, NiceCode commits to fixing the problem and making it up in service — set out in section 2. Four situations are still refunded, listed in section 3. This page supplements the Terms of Service.

1. General principle2. What we do instead of refunding3. When we do refund4. When we do not refund5. How to ask6. Paying in USDT7. Complaints and governing law

1. General principle

Pro plans and credit packs activate automatically as soon as the system records payment. Access takes effect immediately and cannot be taken back, so NiceCode does not refund unused time or unspent credits.

Before buying, you can use the free plan to judge the product on your own machine. The free plan has no time limit and needs no card.

Prices and what each plan includes are published on the pricing page. The amount and the number of days are fixed onto your order the moment it is created, so a later price change does not affect an order you already paid.

2. What we do instead of refunding

When the product does not work as described, NiceCode makes it right with service rather than money:

  • We fix it. Product defects are prioritised. Google changing the Flow interface and breaking the extension is the most common case, and NiceCode ships selector updates remotely so you get the fix without reinstalling.
  • We extend your plan. If the service is disrupted for a prolonged period through a fault on NiceCode's side, your Pro time is extended to match.
  • We restore credits. Credits spent on a run that failed because of a system fault are returned to your balance.
  • We help you directly. Email us your order code and a description, and NiceCode will work with you until it runs on your machine.

3. When we do refund

NiceCode refunds in the four situations below, because these are billing errors rather than disputes about quality:

  • Duplicate charge. The same plan was billed two or more times in one period; the excess is returned.
  • Paid but never received access. The money reached NiceCode's account but the plan could not be activated, and NiceCode cannot activate it manually for you either.
  • Wrong amount charged. The amount taken is larger than the price fixed on your order.
  • Service discontinued. NiceCode stops operating a product you bought while your period is still running.

4. When we do not refund

The following are not eligible for a refund:

  • Changing your mind after buying, or buying and then not using it.
  • Using part of a period and then asking for the rest back.
  • Credits already purchased, even if unspent. Credits are not convertible to cash.
  • An account suspended or terminated for breaching the Acceptable Use Policy.
  • Google changing Flow, or Google acting on your Google account. That is an inherent risk of the product and NiceCode answers it by updating the product, not by refunding.
  • Your machine not meeting the system requirements published before purchase.

5. How to ask

Email nicecode2025@gmail.com from the address your account is registered to, with your order code and a specific description of the problem. The order code appears on your Account page and on the payment result page.

NiceCode responds within 5 working days. If your case falls under section 3, the money goes back by the same method you paid with, within 14 working days of both sides agreeing.

Fees charged by the payment provider or your bank, and exchange-rate differences, are not part of the refunded amount.

6. Paying in USDT

USDT transactions on the blockchain cannot be reversed. If you send to the wrong address, on the wrong network, or in the wrong amount, NiceCode cannot recover it for you.

Where section 3 applies and you paid in USDT, NiceCode refunds in USDT to a wallet address you provide. Network fees are borne by the recipient, and the refund is the exact amount of USDT received, not a figure recalculated at the exchange rate on the day of the refund.

7. Complaints and governing law

If you disagree with the outcome, reply to that same email and ask for a review. NiceCode would rather settle it with you directly before you open a dispute with the payment provider, because that route is faster for both sides.

Nothing in this policy removes consumer rights granted by Vietnamese law. Where the law gives you more than is stated here, the law applies.
