Pricing & payment questions
How do I pay? How fast does the plan activate?
Customers in Vietnam pay by QR bank transfer from any Vietnamese bank; customers elsewhere use PayPal or USDT. Your plan activates automatically the moment payment is confirmed, usually within seconds. If the confirmation page hasn't updated, open the Account tab and hit refresh.
What happens if I cancel Pro? Are there refunds?
Cancel anytime from the Account tab. You keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for; it simply won't renew. No refunds for the unused part of a period.
What does “unlimited jobs” on Pro mean?
Pro removes Free's 20 jobs/day quota. The queue still runs sequentially on a single Flow tab, so speed depends on Google Flow, and the plan follows a fair use policy for normal personal use.
What are TTS credits for, and how are they counted?
Credits are used in Scene Studio to turn text into voice-over. 1 credit = 1,000 characters, roughly 1 minute of audio. Only the text actually voiced is charged; regenerate one sentence and only that sentence is charged. Failed jobs are refunded automatically.
How are Pro's monthly credits different from top-up credits?
Monthly credits are added to your account automatically every month while Pro is active. Top-up packs are bought separately, go straight into your balance and share the same wallet as your monthly credits.
How many devices can one account use?
Up to 3 devices signed in at once, shared across the extension and Scene Studio. Signing in on a 4th device automatically signs out the least-used one.
Can prices change? What about orders I've already placed?
The prices on this page are the current ones. Each order locks in the price and the number of days/credits at the time it's created; later price changes never affect existing orders.
