Terms of Service
Last updated: 9/8/2026
By creating an account or using any NiceCode product, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully; if you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Who we are and what the service covers
The service is provided by the NiceCode team through the website nicecodeteam.top. Contact: nicecode2025@gmail.com.
In these terms, the "service" means:
- The nicecodeteam.top website and your NiceCode account (sign-in, plan, credits, devices and payments).
- The Automation Labs — Auto Flow Chrome extension, in its Free and Pro editions, for generating images and videos in bulk on Google Flow.
- Scene Studio, a Windows app that combines scene images and AI voice-over into a video.
- TTS credits used to generate voice-over in Scene Studio (welcome credits, the monthly Pro allowance and purchased credit packs).
2. Your account
Accounts are created and accessed with a one-time code (OTP) sent to your email; there is no password. Whoever controls that inbox controls the account, so you are responsible for keeping your email secure and never sharing OTP codes.
One account can be signed in on up to 3 devices at a time, shared between the extension and Scene Studio. Signing in on a 4th device automatically signs out the least recently used one; that device must sign in again.
You can review and remove devices, cancel renewal or sign out from your Account page.
3. Plans and payment
The Free plan is free of charge and includes the core features with a quota of 20 extension jobs per day (Vietnam time, resetting at midnight). The Pro plan comes in three terms: monthly, 3-month and yearly.
Current prices are listed on the pricing page. Each order locks in the price and the number of days or credits at the moment it is created; later price changes do not affect an existing order.
Customers in Vietnam pay by bank transfer or VietQR into NiceCode's bank account; orders are confirmed automatically by SePay, a service that reads balance-change notifications for that account. Customers outside Vietnam pay by PayPal or in USDT.
Your plan or credits are activated automatically as soon as the payment is recorded, usually within seconds. Each order is valid for 30 minutes; an unpaid order expires after that and you can simply create a new one.
4. Renewal and cancellation
Pro plans do not auto-renew and never charge you automatically. When your period is about to end, you choose to buy again; the new term is added on top of any time remaining.
You can cancel renewal at any time from the Account page. After cancelling you keep full Pro access until the end of the period you have paid for.
NiceCode does not refund the unused part of a period, except where a technical failure on NiceCode's side made the service unavailable. In that case, email us with your order code and we will sort it out.
5. TTS credits
Credits measure the text turned into voice-over in Scene Studio: 1 credit = 1,000 characters. Credits are only deducted for text that is actually synthesized; regenerating a sentence only charges that sentence.
Text that fails to synthesize is refunded automatically at the end of the run. Your balance is managed by NiceCode's server, which is the single source of truth.
The monthly Pro allowance is granted for each month your plan is active, added the first time you use the service that month. Months with no activity are not granted retroactively.
Welcome credits, the monthly allowance and purchased credits share one balance. Purchased credits are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
6. Fair use
Pro has no job limit, provided usage stays within what is normal for one person or a small team. The queue runs sequentially in a single Google Flow tab, so throughput depends on Google Flow.
You may not:
- Share an account at scale, or rent out or resell access to the service.
- Attack, probe or exploit the system, or bypass its quotas or entitlement checks.
- Use the service to create content that is unlawful, infringes the rights of others, or violates Google Flow's policies.
- Interfere with the operation of the service or with other users.
If we detect a violation, NiceCode may suspend the account after notifying the registered email. Accounts suspended for violations are not eligible for refunds.
7. Google and third parties
NiceCode is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Google. The extension drives the Google Flow interface the same way you would by hand, using your own Google session and your own Flow credits; NiceCode does not provide or sell Flow credits.
Automating Google Flow may not be consistent with the Google Labs terms. You make your own assessment and bear all risk to your Google account when using the extension.
Google may change the Flow interface at any time, which can stop the extension from working until NiceCode ships an update. This is an inherent risk of the product and is not grounds for a refund.
TTS voice-over is generated by third-party engines. When you upload a voice sample to create a custom voice, you confirm that you have the right to use that voice and you are responsible for the content you generate with it.
8. Ownership
You own the content you create with the service (prompts, images, videos, scripts, audio and videos exported from Scene Studio), to the extent permitted by law and by the terms of the third-party platforms involved.
NiceCode retains all rights to the software, source code, design and branding of the service. You may not reverse-engineer, modify, redistribute or resell the extension or Scene Studio, or remove their licence checks.
9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". NiceCode does not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the output produced by Google Flow or the TTS engines will meet your expectations.
To the extent permitted by law, NiceCode's total liability for all claims relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid NiceCode in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. NiceCode is not liable for indirect damages, loss of data, loss of revenue, or any consequences to your Google account.
10. Changes to these terms
NiceCode may update these terms; the new version is posted on the website with its update date. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the new terms. Material changes will additionally be announced by email where appropriate.
11. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes are first resolved by negotiation; failing agreement, they are brought before the competent courts of Vietnam.
